What if the campaign has ended, but the funds do not cover the minimum payment for production?

Each order will be refunded once the campaign window has ended. Please allow 72 hours for the process on our end. Check our refund policy for more details.

How do I apply to partner with IndieCubes?

Please fill out our contact form, and allow us 72 hours to respond. We will do our best to facilitate and aid you!

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do! There are a few restrictions in place due to global sanctions from the US. (Here are some prohibited shipping locations: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Crimea.) Please check your local restrictions for details.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

At this time, we do not. Thank you for your enthusiasm!

When will my payment method be charged?

Once the campaign has ended, all payments will be processed at the completion of the campaign. Please pay attention to those dates to plan accordingly.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please email us at: Orders@IndieCubes.com, with your name, order number and photos of your damaged product. We will move accordingly from there.

 Do you give refunds?

Refunds are available while pre-order phase is still active, after the pre-order window is closed, we typically do not allow refunds due to the nature of our production and team. Please email us at: Orders@IndieCubes.com, with any
questions regarding your order. Anything after the pre-order phase, we handle
will on a case-by-case basis. We understand life happens, and want to make it right by you!

How long would it take to receive a refund?

Please allow 72 hours for our processing of the refund. You will receive a confirmation email once we have processed things on our end. From there, please keep an eye out! Some banks process refunds faster than others, if there is a delay- please reach out to your personal bank for more information or a proper timeline.

Do I have to pay taxes or customs fees for my order?

When will my order arrive?

Each campaign has a determined end, listed on the page of the campaign. Please allow 6 weeks for processing and creation, after the window for ordering is closed, and the campaign has ended. Shipping times will vary.

Listed are the common shipping times:

US: 6-10 Business days

CANADA: 10-25 Business Days

EU/UK: 10-25 Business Days

AU/NZ: 10-25 Business Days

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: 25+ Days

Is there a warranty on your products?

We do not have a standard warranty, no. Please see our refund policy for other information. Do note though, if your order arrived damaged we WILL resolve it for you with a replacement. Our products are built to last as they are display pieces.

Can I use more than one type of discount code?

At this time, we accept 1 (one) discount code per purchase, but certain site-wide discounts will automatically apply. Please check the details on each promotion for details.

Why is my tracking information not up to date?

Due to the range of postal services, updates are provided at their discretion. We are responsible for updates prior to shipping. Once shipped, the shipper maintains the status of your parcel until it reaches you. Please consult the postal service with the tracking number provided.

Can I change my address after completing my purchase?

Please use our contact form to message us, and please allow 72 hours for a response. We will provide update emails along the process, where a final email should be received prior to shipping with the correct address. Prior to shipping, it can be changed. Once the shipment has left our facility, it is no longer in our hands.

Do you accept various types of currency?

We only accept $USD at this time.
